THE ELITE RUNNER PROGRAM
This program will be available for up to 10 runners who meet the criteria listed below. They will be required to provide Flat-Out Events with a link to results for a race they have run in the past 12 months that meets the following time requirements.

TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS
There is no available travel and accommodations for the Half Marathon or 5K.
There will be limited travel and accommodations for the Marathon.
